Minutes:

The meeting started @ 9:40pm with prayers said by Dr. Uzi Chukwu. There was a roll call (9 members in attendance). The minutes of the last minute was read by the Secretary General.

The president welcomed everyone to the meeting and thanked them for making themselves available to call into the meeting.

Picnic Planning: The President informed all that it was agreed at the last meeting to have teleconference meetings till the picnic; hence this meeting. The next meeting will be on Wednesday August 19, 2009 to conclude plans for the picnic.

Mrs. Oby Clara Ebulu, Mrs. Chy Agbayi & Mrs. Oge Okeh will purchase the food items,..etc for the picnic.
