Supplementary Figure 1 Comparison of tobramycin released from solvent-cast PCL/PEG coated allograft micron-sized particulate: A) the closed circles represent the inclusion of 35% PEG into the formulation with PCL and a 10% w/w loading of tobramycin, while the open circles represent the inclusion of 45% PEG into the same formulation. B) In vitro zone of inhibition assay against E. coli cultures. No significant differences between the two different feedstock concentrations of PEG porogen are seen.
