In September 2017 the government is increasing the free early education entitlement for working parents of 3 & 4 year olds. Those that meet the eligibility criteria will be entitled to a total of 1140 hours per annual.
In order for us to plan for this change we ask you to complete the following information. By completing this form you are not making a future commitment to take up specific forms of childcare. Equally St Peter’s CE Primary School is not committing to providing the types of childcare described below.
The survey is being conducted in order to shape the future of childcare at St Peter’s CE Primary School.
