1. this compliance checklist and the supporting proposed amendment of the Operations Manual are drawn up against the requirements set in the Commission Regulation (EU) 965/2012 on ‘Non-Commercial Air Operations with Other –Than Complex Motor-Powered Aircraft’ Annex VII PART-NCO; and
2. Relevant Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material published by EASA were used to show compliance with each particular and relevant requirement.

SECTION III: Notes for Completion
Article 5 of the Cover Regulation requires that operators of other-than complex motor-powered aeroplanes and helicopters, as well as balloons and sailplanes, involved in non-commercial operations, including non-commercial specialised operations, shall operate the aircraft in accordance with the provisions specified in Annex VII.
For the purpose of the Regulation the applicable definitions are as stated in Annex I.
Relevant Acceptable Means of Compliance and Guidance Material published by EASA should be used to show compliance with each requirement of the Commission Regulation listed in this checklist. Means of compliance which differ from those included in the EASA published AMCs and GMs would need prior individual submission and specific approval.
2 / Completion of the form
This form is intended for use by operators/training organisations that operate under part-NCO. This form should be submitted to the Flight Operations Inspectorate via e-mail to together with the proposed revised Operations Manual accompanied by a list of changes/highlights made to the manual.
The third column, titled ‘Operations Manual Reference’, is to be used to indicate where in the revised operations manual the particular requirement stated in the first column titled ‘PART-NCO Reference’, is covered.
‘N/A’ should be entered in the third column for requirements which are not applicable to the intended type of Operation.
