Please take notice that the regular meeting of the Royall School District Board of Education will be held on Monday August 22, 2016 in the Royall Intermediate School, beginning at 7:00 pm, at which time the following items of business will be considered and possibly acted upon:

4.  COMMUNICATION: Communication is an open invitation to district residents to express an opinion to the Board of Education on items that relate to the District. Specific personnel matters cannot be brought before the Board. The Board reserves the right to set a time limit.

Residents needing special accommodations should call the District Office before the meeting so those modifications can be met. Residents may contact the District Office for details on any items of business listed on the agenda. Copies of policies and other public documents are available for public viewing or copying at a nominal fee. Residents may provide input on any agenda item by contacting the Superintendent of Schools, or any school board member, by phone or written correspondence prior to the meeting. Individuals attending may address the Board during the Public Forum portion of the meeting. At that time an audience member may speak on any issue on the agenda. The School Board may discuss issues raised during the public forum but shall not take action unless the item is listed as an action item on the agenda and no audience participation will be permitted after the reports portion of the meeting is completed unless allowed by the meeting’s chairperson. Names, addresses and telephone numbers of elected representatives are public information and are available through the District Office.
