PAGE 3 (SOMETHIGN INDISTINCT AT THE TOP BUT I THINK IT MAY BE BAD PHOTOCOPYING POSSIBLY)

iii. The firearm markings on the 3 spent bullets P18,P22 and P42 match each other

It is my view that the firing of the bullets was:

The thirteen spent bullets P2, P3, P4, P6, P8, P12, P17, P20, P23, P24, P27, P28 AND P 30 by one firearm

The twelve spent bullets P5, P9, P10, P11, P14, P15, P16, P19, P21, P25, P29 AND P 43 by one firearm,

The three spent bullets P18, P22 AND P 42 by one firearm.

The four Spent Bullets P1, P7, P13 AND P 26 are rusted and not in a suitable condition for comparing the firearm markings

The 7 distorted cartridges P 31 - P 37 are rusted and the firearm markings areconsiderably distorted and not in a fit condition for purposes of comparing firearm markings

By weight, size and shape, the 7 distorted cartridges P 31 - P 37 conform to standard 7.62 x 39 mm bullet cartridges

By weight, size and shape, the 4 distorted centres of cartridges P 38 - P 41 conform to standard 7.62 x 39 mm cartridge centres

ANALYSIS CONTD
In my opinion, items 1,4,8,9, 10 bullets/ cartridges have been fired with either one or several guns (he has used the phrase "rel" which seems to indicate a kind of gun that fires repeatedly but I don’t know what this particular gun is) with a right leaning four tipped top.
But, items 1,4,8,9,10 which are distorted/damaged bullets from a gun that has been fired are rusted so it is not possible to use them for "comparison" purposes.
By weight, quantity and shape, items 1,4,8,9,10 are consistent with a bullet from a standard 7.62 x 39 mm cartridge
By weight quantity and shape, item 7 is consistent with the core/middle of a standard bullet from a 7.62 x 39 mm cartridge
By weight, quantity and shape, item 6 is consistent with the standard case of a bullet from a 7.62 x 39 mm cartridge.
