Call To Order

The Regency Point Condominium Association, Inc. meeting was held at 2483 Nicholasville Road, in Lexington, Kentucky, on Monday, June 17, 2013. The meeting convened at 7:07pm with President Jennifer Ebert, Vice President Joseph Taraba, Secretary Maggie Wilson, and Treasurer Janet Cox.

Approval of Minutes

A motion was made to approve the May board meeting minutes. Motion passes.

New Business

Communications Director, Chris Burlile, has stepped down from his position. The board is searching for a replacement. All nominations or interest in the position should be directed to President Jennifer Ebert.

If gate-opener clicker fobs are not working to open the gate, the owner needs to contact Heather, of DellaValle Management Inc. to re-program the fob number into the code box.

Unfinished Business

Heather, of DMI, is to follow-up with Michael about landscape issues.

Determine when the contract with the landscapers is finished or if the contract can be terminated at any time.

Discuss with Glen DellaValle if a letter was sent to the landscape company about dissatisfaction of landscape presentation and work.

Re-check with the Lexington Police Department the radio frequency to be programmed to the Clik-2-Enter box for emergent situations.

Robert Ryan, the association’s attorney, is still to look into the money/write-off for three foreclosed units (114, 150, 237).

Heather is to obtain two tow company’s contracts for details about towing options for the neighborhood parking lot.

Heather is to make one dog pail waste bin from a home improvement store. These are to be hung on the dog bag poles for easier access to disposal. Heather is to follow-up once task is complete.

Announcements

The brick island at the entrance of Regency Point Path will be acid-washed free of charge per DellaValle Management, Inc.

Adjournment

Monday, July 15th, at the pool deck, at 7:00pm is the fixed date, time, and location of the next meeting. The June 17th meeting was adjourned at 8:07pm.
