PuraSeva Super APP Features:

The Puraseva app has the follow sub applications and list is as follows:

How to download the Puraseva APP from Google store:

  • Check for Google Play store image on your android smart phone.
  • Type puraseva at search box , see the screenshot
  • You can see the result as per the following screenshot
  • Click on puraseva image on search result to see the installation screen.
  • Click on “Install” Button to install the app and you can find the end result something like this.
  • Click on “Open” Button to open the puraseva app and screenshot is given for reference.
  • Click on “Create an Account” to create an account and enter the details as required and click “register” button. Password must contain one upper case, lower case, number and one special characters and length is 8-32 characters (Check 2nd screenshot).
  • On Successful completion of the register page you would receive OTP to complete the registration formality and take you to the home page.
  • Note : You can see Portal activation code SMS from DM-CDMASM in the second screen.

Grievances:

  1. It is first of its kind. Citizen can register his/her Grievances through his mobile app (puraseva)
    and send the complaint directly to the respective functionary.
  2. On successful grievance citizen and Municipal functionary gets a sms alert to the respective mobiles.
  3. This alert consists of CRN number which can used to track / reopen the ticket.
  4. Has the facility to see his list of grievances as list.

Property Tax:

  1. citizen can Search property tax details by the following :
  2. By Assessment Number
  3. By Name
  4. By Phone Number
  5. By Door Number

Note: Citizen can make payment through mobile using his/her visa/master card.

Citizen Charter:

Citizen Charter is document and SLA details are given for each department.

SOS

SOS consists of important phone numbers which are police, fire, and ambulance. Citizen need not have dial the number he simply click the number image and app will make an outgoing call.
