Presentation Ideas & Advice

- Teams should select a team name for themselves as the "company" and use it in the presentation.

- Teams should think about dressing in a similar way.

- Presentations should begin with a thank you to the audience/client. Clearly identify the client by name so the audience knows whose role they are assuming. It looks to me as though the presentations should include these main headings (after the intro):

Ø  Review of User requirements

Ø  Overview of process followed in analysis/design stages to createwebsite

Ø  How the site ("product" created) meets user requirements

Ø  Demo of web application

Ø  Demo of Navigation

Ø  Why the client's customers will appreciate the site

- Teams might think of an acronym or a "theme" for their presentation.Something that will make their presentation stand out from the other 7 and will help the judges remember their presentation.

- Slides or presentation should not be overloaded with text. Use key words/phrases and then "talk" from these points.
