1. That the 1st Party shall pay to the 2nd party a monthly salary of ______plus overtime accordingly to Saudi Labour Laws.
2. The 1st party should provide 2nd parties’ free medical, free Food, free bachelors accommodation facilities & Free Insurance during the period of contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
3. That the 1st party shall provide free transportation from resident to the work site.
4. The period of contract is of 02 years
5. That the 1st party shall bear the passage cost from Home Country Kathmandu to K.S.A. for joining the service (the return ticket would provide after completion of this 2 years agreement only.)
6. Daily working hours shall be 08 hours. (One-day holiday in a week.) 21 days will be paid leave after completion of contract.
7. That this agreement shall come in effect from the date of arrival of the 2nd party in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
8. That the 2nd party should undertake to abide by the instruction and rules enforced by the company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
9. That the any other terms and conditions not mentioned in this agreement should be following as per Saudi Labour Laws.

Agency Agreement
In the name of his Almighty, this agreement is between two parties 1st is SILVER TOWER RESTAURANT & KITCHEN (MUSTAFA HASSAN ASMARI). P.O. Box. 672 Dammam Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, here in after called the First Party and M/s. Rapid International Pvt. Ltd. Govt. Lic. No: 577/062/063, Kathmandu, Nepal as Second Party and hereby both parties have agreed on the following terms and conditions and undertake to implement accordingly. As following Visa No. 1301218843 Dated: 1437/10/07 H Sponsor ID: 1030545295
TTerms and Conditions
1. / 1. This agreement will be valid for 2 years from the date of the agreement
2. / 2. The second party will Process for stamping the visa after received all necessary documents.
3. / 3. The first party will send the visa documents such as demand letter, power of attorney, work agreement and the Bank voucher to the second party as soon as possible
4. / 4. The second party will send the worker within 2 years from the date of receipt the original visas.
5. / 5. The second party will send the workers to the first party as per condition mentioned in the Demand letter
6. / 6. The second party will send the workers to the first party and the cost of Air Tickets will be borne by the 1st party.
7. / 7. The First party will give the visa to second party without any charges ( Free visa).
8. All other terms and conditions not maintained will be as per the mutual co-operation
