In 2nd segment, B will have to decline A’s foul to keep the ball, otherwise 2bl foul and replay of the down. Enforce B2’s clip.

B1 fumbles and team A recovers. 2bl foul, replay of down. A didn’t have clean hands. Team last gaining possession fouled before gaining final possession.

40. A1’s pass is intercepted by B1 and returned for a TD. A2 grasps but does not twist B1’s facemask (a) before, or (b) after B1 intercepts. (a) Team B must decline the foul to keep the TD since occurred before the COP, otherwise loose ball play enforced from previous spot. (b) TD, since foul occurred after the COP team B may choose enforcement on try or ensuing kick off.

41 A1’s pass from scrimmage results in a TD. During A1’s run, B1 is flagged for roughing the passer. Team A’s captain chooses to have the penalty enforced on the subsequent kickoff. During the successful try, R2 is flagged for roughing the kicker. Can have it enforced from previous spot, and re try or on the ensuing kick off. If both accepted on ensuing kick off, then K is kicking off from R’s 30.

42. Team A scores a TD during the last timed down of the 2nd quarter. During the play, B1 is flagged for grasping but not twisting A1’s facemask. Can be enforced on the try as an untimed down to end the 2nd quarter, or on the ensuing kick off that would start the 3rd quarter.

A can have the roughing enforced to replay the try or to have it enforced on the first play of OT.

44. 4th and goal for team K from team R’s 4 in the 1st series for either team in OT. K1’s successful FG gives team K a 10-7 lead. During the play, R2 is flagged for roughing the kicker. Team K can have it enforced from prev. spot so they would have 1st and goal at R’s 2. They can also have it enforced on the succeeding spot, so R starts it OT series on it’s 25.

47. On a try, A1 is flagged for a false start. As the penalty is being enforced, B1 curses the official. BS? ES? Ruling? B1’s foul occurred after initial ready for play signal (one before the false start). Team A cannot carry it over to next kick off. Enforcement would be, first Team A’s false start moving back to B’s 8. Then B’s UNS which would move it half the distance to A’s 4.
