The R&K Team is seeking a highly qualified candidate to support the ACC/A2 Weapon Systems ManagementDivision as aSenior Intelligence Programs and Systems Analyst to provide operational and technical support to the ACC mission in operating, equipping, maintaining and modernizing Intelligence-related weapon systems throughout ACC and the Combat Air Forces. Title:SENIOR INTELLIGENCE PROGRAMS AND SYSTEMS ANALYST

Duration: Permanent/ Full-Time

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI Required

Start Date: 21 November 2016

Duties:The contractor shallprovideSenior Intelligence Programs and Systems Supportservices to include:

  • Identify, evaluate, and assist ACC in integrating emerging multi-discipline ISR technologies and non-materiel solutions.
  • Attend various CAF/ACC meetings and forums (Engineering Review Boards (ERBs), Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), and other meetings related to sensor requirements, system integration, and life-cycle sustainment in order to monitor and advise ongoing Weapon System activities.
  • Ensures compliance with prescribed regulations and instructions regarding analysis of alternatives; materiel and non-materiel solution modeling and simulation; and cost analyses.
  • Encompasses, integrates and applies varying aspects of capability-based operational requirement development, planning, programming, budgeting & execution system (PPBES) support, integration management, configuration management, training, exercise support, and test & evaluation.
  • Develop and present to ACC staff various integration strategies in conjunction with ISR components and Acquisition agents to mitigate risks posed to operational ISR weapon system components and assigned missions.
  • Participate in Joint C4ISR experimentation, operational exercises and system development and integration activities.
  • Understand and advise ACC/A2 regarding relationships between ISR capabilities and supporting network and infrastructure architectures and resources; provides expert advice and assessments.
  • Monitors compliance with related regulations and instructions regarding ISR platforms, sensors and PED architectures as well as C2 relationships between air operation centers, wings and squadrons; materiel and non-materiel solution modeling and simulation and cost analyses.
  • Assists in the initiation, validation, monitoring and satisfaction of ISR requirements and requests for information while managing project associated databases and activities for multiple command echelons.
  • Requirements: The Contractor shall meet the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in area of expertise (e.g. Intelligence Analysis, International Studies) OR twelve (12) years’ experience in an Intelligence-related career field.
  • Within the last (5) five years, three (3) years’ experience with ACC-owned, operated or integrated ISR Weapon Systems (e.g. U-2, RQ-4, MC-12, RC-135, MQ-1/9, AF DCGS, AOC/ISRD)
