Temporary Office Manager with STRIVE Prep:

The Office Manager serves as the primary administrative staff member for the school. The Office Manager is responsible for effectively managing the information systems, communications with the community including parents, and other administrative systems at STRIVE Prep. He or she works closely with the Principal and the network’s Central Office Manager .

Primary Responsibilities and Performance Indicators Include:

·  Tracking all relevant student personal and academic information

·  Communication of student information to the district in a professional and timely manner as requested.

·  Printing 3-week student progress reports and 12-week student report cards in a way that is easily generated by teachers and easily understood by parents.

·  Managing inquiries to the school from parents and community members

·  Ensuring requested supplies are readily available to teachers through efficient practices that ensure affordable procurement.

This position will begin in January, though applications will be accepted immediately.
