THURSDAY, MARCH 26, 2015

3:00 A.M. Arrive at Grafton High School

3:15 A.M. Load buses by seniority

3:30 A.M. Depart Grafton High School. (There will be no formal breakfast stop. Pack your own for the bus ride)

11:00 A.M. Arrive in NYC - Unload luggage and carry-ons into a room at the hotel

Fairfield Inn and Suites Marriott Times Square

12:00 P.M. Lunch (not included) in groups in the Times Square area

After Lunch Make your way to Radio City Music Hall for group tours

1:30 P.M. Radio City Music Hall tour for 30 people

1:45 P.M. Radio City Music Hall tour for the next 30 people

2:00 P.M. Radio City Music Hall tour for the next 30 people

2:15 P.M. Radio City Music Hall tour for the last groups

After tour Head back to Times Square an explore in groups

4:30 P.M. Meet back at the Fairfield Inn and Suites Marriott at Times Square to check in

After check in Change clothes for dinner and your Broadway show.

5:30 P.M. Meet to walk to dinner in hotel lobby

6:00 P.M. Dinner at Carmine’s Italian Restaurant (included)

7:15 P.M. Walk to your Broadway show

7:30 P.M Arrive at Avenue Q – at the New World Stage 3 located at 340 West 50th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue—2 hr. 15 min with one intermission)

Arrive at Phantom of the Opera at the Majestic Theatre located at 247 West 44th Street between 7th and 8th Avenue—2 hr. 30 min with one intermission)

8:00 P.M. Showtime!

After the Show Return to the hotel

11:00 P.M. In your rooms

FRIDAY, MARCH 27, 2015

6:30 A.M.-9:00 A.M. Deluxe Continental Breakfast at the hotel (included)

8:30 A.M. Everyone will depart to the Port Authority terminal and take the R Train from 42nd Street to Cortlandt Street. Allow at least 30 minutes for transit. Subway passes must be purchased prior to riding—cost is $2.50 each plus $1.00 new card fee. The total fee for today is expected to be no less than $6.00 (depending on your itinerary)

GROUP1

9:15 A.M. Group 1 in line at security for the 9/11 museum

9:30 A.M. Visit 9/11 Memorial Park and Museum (entrance between Greenwich St. between Liberty and Fulton-entrance fee already paid)

12:00 P.M. Lunch (on your own in the south end of Manhattan)

After lunch Explore the south end of Manhattan in groups. Areas of interest include: Wall Street, South Street Seaport, Staten Island Ferry to view the Statue of Liberty (one hr. round trip), Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO

GROUP 2

TBA Explore the south end of Manhattan in groups. Areas of interest include: Wall Street, South Street Seaport, Staten Island Ferry to view the Statue of Liberty (one hr. round trip), Chinatown, Little Italy, SOHO

3:15 P.M. Group 2 in line at security for the 9/11 museum

3:30 P.M. Visit 9/11 Memorial Park and Museum (entrance between Greenwich St. between Liberty and Fulton-entrance fee already paid)

Both Group 1 and 2

5:00 P.M. Take the subway back to Times Square (train information depends on your location) and get off on 42nd Street. Walk back to the hotel to rest and change clothes for dinner and the show.

6:00 P.M. Meet with your group for dinner on your own in Times Square (you choose your restaurant)

7:30 P.M. Meet in front of the Lyric Theatre located at 213 West 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenue

8:00 P.M. On the Town (2 hours 35 min w/1 intermission)

After the show Talkback session with some of the cast and crew of On the Town in the Lyric Theatre – think of great questions you would like to ask!

11:00 P.M. Walk back to the hotel and in your rooms

11:30 P.M. Lights out!

SATURDAY, MARCH 28, 2015

6:30 A.M.-9:00 A.M. Deluxe Continental Breakfast at the hotel (included)

After breakfast PACK-CHECK OUT-STORE LUGGAGE at hotel (you will not have access to your stuff until we depart NYC

10:00 A.M. Walk/Subway up to Lincoln Center at 10 Lincoln Center Plaza located on at Broadway between 62nd and 63rd Street. You can walk 23 blocks or take the 1 local train and get off at 66th.

11:00 A.M Tour the Lincoln Center in groups (Tour includes at least 3 venues – New York Philharmonic, New York City Ballet, Metropolitan Opera, Lincoln Center Theatre, Chamber Music Society and more)

12:00 P.M. Lunch on your own in groups (not included)

After Lunch Explore the mid-town area. Areas of interest: Central Park, Columbus Circle, Trump Tower, Plaza Hotel, FAO Schwarz, Apple Store, St. Patrick’s Cathedral, shopping along 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Center to check out the ice skating rink, Top of the Rock and the NBC store and other areas of interest in Rockefeller Center.

4:30 P.M. Meet in front of Cucina & Co. restaurant located in the concourse level inside Rockefeller Center

4:45 P.M. Group Dinner at Cucina & Co. – included

6:00 P.M. Last chance to explore mid town back to Times Square-perhaps walking down 5th Avenue to 40th Street checking out Bryant Park and the famous NYC library

8:00 P.M. Meet back at the hotel to pick up luggage and get ready for departure

8:30 P.M. Load buses and depart for home
