Plan and execution of Mill operations within National Milling’s operations excellence strategy/framework

EHS and Food safety management to ensure full compliance to corporate and country laws

Plan and supervise the work of Millers and Mill supervisors.

Investigate and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the Plant

Maintain records of Mill Performance including Production efficiency, machines availability, downtime reports etc

Liaise with all related departments on operations matters

Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures
