That the City of Edmonton enter into a cost-sharing agreement with Great West Life Assurance Company and London Life Insurance Company for the design and construction of a trunk storm sewer and stormwater management pond to facilitate Whitemud Drive/34 Street Interchange drainage. Total cost of this agreement is estimated at $900,000, including GST. / Transportation & Streets

That the City of Edmonton enter into an agreement with Imperial Oil Resources Limited for the relocation of their pipelines in preparation for the Whitemud Drive/34 Street Interchange. Total cost of this phase of the work is estimated at $3,200,000, including GST. / Transportation & Streets

That approval be given for the City of Edmonton to participate in the Nova Gas Transmission Ltd. (NGTL) 2004 General Rate Application before the Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (AEUB) and all related hearings, with a view to reviewing the Application, cross-examining and submitting argument to the AEUB.
