Visit from new SED, Eddie Joe Hamill

Mr. Hamill met with MASCOE board of directors and officers before our meeting. He has been a member since 1978 and he assured the group that we can count on him. He knows how important MASCOE is. Since he is now SED, he will become an associate member. He plans to attend the convention in September. There is hope that the State Committee will be announced in four to six weeks. To this date (7/15), 22 SEDs have been appointed.

Visit from Bob Fullerton, Assistant Administrative Officer

There has been no news about the budget other than no additional funding. States have back the authority to hire PTs and are waiting on WDC for the okay to do interviews to fill CED slots and fill COT positions. Leases are moving forward.
