FORMAT - 4 man scramble ($125.00 per player) 120-144 players total

$500.00 – per 4-man Teams

(includes:4 gift bags, 2 golf carts & 4 green fees, beverages, lunch, dinner, beer)

PREMIERE PROMOTIONS WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

Promote the contest on Facebook, Website and via email (help with teams)

Book models for sponsored holes $30hr (12-5pm)

Provide staff for sign-in, tournament play and closing (also emcee)

Provide all paperwork needed for the tournament (raffle tickets; sign in sheet, score sheets, agreements, sponsorship, etc.)

Provide consulting for sponsorships and help with liquor sponsors on holes

2-A-Days Sports Bar WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

Pay Premiere Promotions, Inc $2,500 promotional fee

Provide Lunch and Dinner for the tournament

Provide Beer Sponsor

Advertise the Tournament

Provide gift bags, raffle items, gift cards, etc

SPONSOR PACKAGES

$2,000 Golden Package – The Presenting Sponsor, company logo on shirts, (3) 4 man team package in the tournament, (3) hole sponsor with company name, hang banner at tournament, company logo on the invitations and posters, company information placed in all gift bags, and sponsor link on web site, 1 judge’s spot at the Miss Darque Tan Finals October 2014.

MODELS – We can make an agreement with the models about helping to sell sponsorship packages and golf teams.10 Models paid $100.00work the golf tournament from12:00 – 5:00pm

Can make 20% commissions by selling sponsor packages
Can make $50 for each 4-some they sign up
Can make tips the day of the tournament (beverage carts & games)
Sell raffle tickets and make $1.00 per ticket sold, $5.00 to charity, $4.00 to us)

2 A Day Sports Bar agrees to pay Premiere Promotions’ fee ½ up front and the final payment 3 days prior to the golf tournament.
