U6 RED vs McCredie White 10 - 0
The team didn’t play very well today but we managed to win. Sione scored his first goal and he was so proud. We need to improve our team work. Player of the match – Rusheel Raj.

U6 WHITE vs McCredie Red 0 - 10
A fun game today had by all. Harrison Castles and Adam Mills played very confidently in goal. The Reds are a very strong team – well done. Harrison Castles was man of the match.
U7 RED vs Fairfield City 3 - 5
The Reds played a lot better in the second half than in the first. They put some good combinations together which resulted in 2 goals. Fairfield played a great game to defeat us.

U7 WHITE vs Coverdale Christian School 6 - 0
A great game against a determined Coverdale side. Our defence was our strength, with goals coming through our solid attack. Goal of the match off the head of Reece inspired all the boys. Man of the match – Brandon Hamlin.

U7 BLACK vs OLQP Falcons Q 1 – 6
Another exciting and fantastic game. Arthur and Lucy held the defence together excellently, while Fred, Anjur and Aid put on the attack. A great game from Bethany who was player of the match and captain for the game.

U8 vs Carlingford Uniting 3 - 1
Some good through balls and three good finishes from Daniel and Marty saw us win this one despite some sloppy defence and ill directed kicking. We struggled to clear the ball when the opposition attacked and allowed Carlingford two free runs at goal by not keeping our positions. Rongomai stepped up in goal though and made a terrific save, and then Jalal did likewise in the second half. Man of the match – Rongomai Hawke.

U9 vs Coverdale Christian School 1 - 1
What a match. Coverdale and McCredie attacking and defending for the full 40 minutes. One of the most exciting games this season. The McCredie fullbacks and goalies had an extensive workout under pressure from Coverdale. Then the McCredie team came back giving Coverdale an equal serving of pressure. MVP to our fullbacks and goalies. Well done team, great effort.

U10 vs St Michaels Baulkham Hills 3 - 1
Guildford were all over St Michaels really putting in a big effort this week. With Joshua and Daniel deep in the midfield, the ball did not get to our half. When it did, Mark put it back where it should be. This gave our forwards, Jason, Junior and Shaun the opportunity to do what they do best – score goals. George and Raymond also put in an exceptional effort, while Emmanual did well in goals. MVP – Mark Balaz

U12 vs St Columbas Castle Hill 4 – 0
Having the bare eleven we knew today was going to be tough. St Columbas threw a lot at us and some of the tackling was a bit on the late side. To our boys’ credit they played above it and got a convincing win. Matina and Emilio were good on either side of midfield helping to create chances for our strikers to finish. This effort earned Emilio player of the match.

An outstanding game with the score speaking for itself. Players of the match were Albert Lan and Ali Yousif.

U16 RED vs Lidcombe Churches 0 – 2
This was not the result we were hoping for, but under the circumstances it wasn’t a bad result – it could have been worse! With only 8 players for the first half, they did a great job with many great attempts at goals. With 10 players on the field Lidcombe scored a goal after tenderising Wayne. This didn’t deter us, we fought on. Cihan, Jasvinn and George continued to make some mighty attempts at goals. Mayhar used his fancy footwork to get through Lidcombe’s defence. Abbos couldn’t quite get his headers happening playing right wing, Johnny kept the ball moving in the midfield and John did a fantastic job defending. Once again we had to call on Caner to help us out. Thanks to Nathan for supporting the team, we are counting the days until you are fit enough to play.
U16 WHITE vs Lower Mountains Churches 0 – 4
Everybody played well against a stronger side on the day. Our defence held up well with Steve, James and Sharma playing strongly.
RC North RESERVES vs Greystanes Churches 1 - 2
We dominated through the midfield but just couldn’t get the ball to the forwards in the right spot to score. We also lost the plot with 5 minutes to go in the first half and this can’t be allowed to happen again.

Greystanes attacked us like no other team has this year. I’m certain it will be shooting practice for them at training this week. We however, took our chances and therefore the game. Booph had a good one as did Sez out wide.

RC 1 RESERVES vs Arncliffe Presbyterian 1 - 0
A great defensive game. The defence stood up today and never gave the competition leaders a sniff. Danny ran and tackled with great authority all afternoon. Webber in goals made one memorable save in goals which lifted the side to a great performance.

RC 1 FIRSTS vs Arncliffe Presbyterian 1 - 1
The team we played today were undefeated. They are a very structured and physical side. After two of their players were sent off we thought we were in with a big chance however, they played stronger and with nothing to lose. We did play well in patches but should have played the ball wide instead of through the middle. Good games from Sindri, Steve V and Matt Dixon.
