C. Description of the change request:
Add in ‘Investment Account’ a new multiple optional building block [0..n] with the following two sections:
1. a structured code list to specify whether the account is locked :
SUBS_locked for Subscription order
REDM_locked for Redemption order
SWIF_locked for leg out order
SWIT_locked for leg in order
TRIN_locked for Transfer IN
TRIN_locked for Transfer OUT
ALLL_locked for All orders type
UNLK_unlocked
2. a structured code list to specify the reason due to locked account:
CMMT_commitment
PLDG_pledge
CNFS_confiscation
BKRP_bankruptcy
TRAI_mortis causa
TRAO_transfer
TRPE_re-registration
OTHR_other
D. Purpose of the change:
An account could be locked (also temporary) during the creation of the account or in a following stage.
Actually this option is not available but it’s required to properly handle account holdings.

Unlock codes should be added and we should be able to lock Transfers as well.

In the proposed codes, for transfer out, the code 'TRON' should be used.
