Clerk of Courts:

1) Res#16-166, adopted March 16 awarding contract to Mark Haynes Construction, Inc., Norwalk in

amount of $65,208 for Middle Ridge Rd Bridge #0074 replacement project, Brownhelm Township.

2) Res#16-359, adopted June 8 contract modification #1 with KS Associates for plan revisions for

Cooper Foster Park road improvements in Cities of Lorain and Amherst in amount of $184,564.77.
