Note: In the Section 3 of the Article 2 of the Job Invention Regulation of the Nagoya Institute of Technology defines that the “Job Invention or the like”, in this Regulation, means any and all inventions which have been made by a constituent member using research funding, or facilities and equipments of the Institute.

And the constituent member is defined in the Section 2 of the Article 2 of the Regulation, and Section 3 of the same Article includes all graduate or undergraduate students or studyingmember.
