I, undersigned, agree, when I made a Job Invention or the like which is defined by the Section 3 of the Article 2 of the Job Invention Regulation of the Nagoya Institute of Technology, that said Invention shall entirely be treated by the Regulation, and that my right to be patented or my right which I possessed of about said Job Invention or the likeshall belong to the Nagoya Institute of Technology under the Article 3 of the regulation.

Note: In the Section 3 of the Article 2 of the Job Invention Regulation of the Nagoya Institute of Technology defines that the “Job Invention or the like”, in this Regulation, means any and all inventions which have been made by a constituent member using research funding, or facilities and equipments of the Institute.
And the constituent member is defined in the Section 2 of the Article 2 of the Regulation, and Section 3 of the same Article includes all graduate or undergraduate students or studyingmember.
