This is a Maintenance Project. It includes HRMS, US Payroll, Benefits
Administration, and Applicant Tracking etc. There are also several customized
applications (Performance Management, Job Offer Development & Leave
Management) and also PeopleSoft delivered eRecruit Module as a global platform for
staffing.

About the Project:
This is a Multi-Country Global Payroll Implementation Project. Standard Chartered Bank is a major European bank. The project involved implementation of PeopleSoft 8.8 Global Payroll by interfacing with existing PeopleSoft 8.1 HRMS Version. This interfacing was done using Customized PeoplesSoft application developed using PeopleTools.
Responsibilities:
¨ Implementation and Technical Support of Customized application performing interfacing of PeopleSoft 8.3 HRMS and PeopleSoft 8.8 HRMS. The application was developed using Peoplecode and the PeopleSoft Integration technologies like Application Engine, File layout and Component Interface.
¨ Development Interfaces to transact Payroll Information from PS 8.8 to Client maintained General Ledger Systems [Multi Country].
¨ Reporting Global Payroll Information.
¨ Detailed Technical Designing of the Client Requirements.
¨ Analysis of Client Requirements & Code Development
¨ Preparation of Test Plans & Test Cases.

About the Project:
Hexaware Tools Team is responsible for development of re-usable tools for effective Peoplesoft Practice. GPLOADER is a tool for automating monthly inputs to Payroll system in PeopleSoft Global Payroll. GPLOADER is Hexaware Technology’s proprietary Payee/Positive input Override tool for PeopleSoft Global Payroll 8.x
Responsibilities:
¨ Coding and Testing of the GPLOADER tool for Hexaware tools practice. The tool was developed using Peoplecode and the PeopleSoft Integration technologies like Application Engine, File layout and Component Interface.
¨ Generated Error & Audit Reports for validating the Tool. This was done using SQR Programs.
¨ Preparation of Test Plans & Test Cases.
¨ Unit Testing.
