In order you could plan your work in the best way and get the maximum benefit from your participation in the exhibition we are offering you this Official Exhibitor Guide.

Please read it carefully and follow the instructions. It will save you from unnecessary hassle. Do remember to submit information specified in the Guide before deadlines. It will enable us to fulfill your orders properly.

ATTENTION! In case different employees or departments of your company are responsible for delivery of exhibition materials and exhibits, and stand building or its design, please, notify them about receipt of this Guide or send it to the authorized persons. 1EXHIBITION RULES AND REQUIREMENTS

Þ  Staff. Only employees and official representatives of the participant are allowed to work at the exhibition. Employees and official representatives of the exhibition participant are required to wear identification badges issued by “Exhibition Company “GreenExpo” Ltd. Badges are personalized and cannot be transferred to other persons.

Þ  Work at the exhibition. Compliance with labor safety rules and fire safety is an essential condition for participation at the exhibition. (We highly encourage you to read Labor and Fire Safety Rules at Pages 4,5 of the present Official Guide). All responsibility for compliance with the said requirements rests entirely and solely with the Exhibitor’s representative. In the course of promotional activities at exhibition stands with the use of audio and video appliances during exhibition hours the level of noise shall not exceed 75 dB.

Þ  Promotional materials. Distribution of promotional materials or any other types of advertising activities shall be carried out by Exhibitors exclusively within their stands. The Exhibitor is required to organize the work of his stand in such a way so it neither hinders the passage of visitors in the exhibition aisles nor jeopardizes or violates the rights of other exhibitors or visitors.

Þ  Placing of Advertisements of third-party exhibition events and/or organizations and companies not participating in the exhibition within the exhibition area is prohibited.

Þ  Difficulty of movement in aisles or stands . Any demonstration or activity causing difficulty of movement of visitors in aisles or hindering their direct access to the nearby exhibition facilities will be suspended for a period specified by the exhibition Management. For this purpose and in order to ensure safety and convenience for visitors watching demonstrations or promotional activities, the Exhibitor has to provide enough space within area occupied by the latter as per the Contract.

Þ  Property damage. The Exhibitor shall bear responsibility for any damage caused to the floor, walls and columns of the Exhibition Center, standard booths and equipment or to the property of other exhibitors. The Exhibitors are not allowed to use paints, vanishes, adhesives and other coatings for floors, walls and columns of the Exhibition Center or standard booths.

Þ  Insurance. “GreenExpo” Exhibition Company shall insure in OSAO “Ingosstrakh” its liability and civil liability of the Exhibitor against damage caused to the life and health and/or property of the third persons including “GreenExpo”, exhibitors and visitors of the exhibition. Exhibition participants shall themselves take care of other types of insurance including insurance against losses incurred due to loss or damage of exhibits or other property.

Þ  Care and shifting of exhibits. Exhibits are mounted by the Exhibitors; their delivery is carried out by vehicles by special entry passes, obtained on written request. In case the mounting of the display is not finished before 10.00, 10 September, 2012, “GreenExpo” has the right to remove exhibits and equipment to storage at the expense of the Exhibitor. Care of exhibits and cleaning of the occupied area during the exhibition period rests with the Exhibitor. “GreenExpo” undertakes to maintain cleanliness solely in all exhibition aisles. All exhibits must remain completely intact until the official closure of the exhibition. Shifting or dismantling of the exhibits before the official closure of the exhibition may result in denial to give permit to remove Exhibitor’s materials from the territory of the Exhibition Center. “GreenExpo” reserves the right to refuse the Exhibitor to display products which may be dangerous to people, are not relevant to the exhibition theme or does not belong to the Exhibitor.

Þ  Failure to meet obligation in the use of exhibition space. In case when unequipped exhibition space or a standard booth remains unoccupied by the Exhibitor before the deadline set for exhibition mounting, “GreenExpo” is entitled to use unclaimed space at its own discretion.

Þ  Additional hours for mounting and dismantling. The Exhibition Center working hours during mounting and dismantling periods may be extended by the Exhibition Management at the request and expense of Exhibitors. If you need additional time for mounting or dismantling, please contact the Management. Payment will depend on the number of extended hours and the occupied area.

Þ  Buffets during non-business hours. It is prohibited to organize buffets in the Exhibition Center after the exhibition working hours. Such activities jeopardize overall security at the exhibition and will not be tolerated. All Exhibitors are required to vacate the exhibition Hall within 30 minutes after official closure of the exhibition.

Þ  Security. 24-hours protection of public order at the exhibition is provided by “Private Security Company “Crocus Profi” Ltd. (not ensuring the security of the exhibits). During exhibition period at night hours security is ensured from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m. “Private Security Company “Crocus Profi” Ltd. takes orders for providing individual stands security. Evening and night security provided by Exhibitors’ own efforts is strictly prohibited. You may submit application for the said service in advance or order it on the site at the exhibition Service Center. “GreenExpo” is neither responsible for the loss or damage of the exhibits or other material valuables belonging to the Exhibitor nor for damage caused to persons or property of persons working for the Exhibitor if it does not happen through direct fault of “GreenExpo”.

Þ  Stand construction. “BuildExpo” Ltd. is General Stand Builder at exhibitions held in “Crocus Expo”.

Þ  The Exhibitor shall surrender any occupied unequipped space and bring it back to its original condition at his own expense before the deadline specified in the Contract. Acceptance of indoor exhibition space used for participation in the exhibition is documented with acceptance certificates singed by authorized representatives of the Parties. The Exhibitor shall reimburse “GreenExpo” losses in case of damage of the used exhibition and storage premises, stands, electrical networks, plumbing, sewerage and other property.

Þ  Safety and fire safety rules. All types of engineering provision (electrical work, air and water connections) are made solely by specialists of “BuildExpo” Ltd.

It is allowed during mounting of exhibition stands to use portable electrical equipment and electric cables plugged into socket outlets on mobile electrical panels.

It is allowed during electrical work to use only electrical equipment and electric cables meeting Russian

safety standards.

Free access should be provided to power distribution units.

Stand mounting should be made within the space occupied by the Exhibitor.

All passages should be free from equipment, containers, packaging and debris.

During painting the floor and adjacent walls should be securely covered with polyethylene film or other

covering material.

During and after the mounting period the Exhibitor (his builder) undertakes:

-  To move all empties and packaging to specially allocated places, and to put debris into tank waste.

-  To clean floors and building constructions in case there have been soiled during mounting.

-  To comply with permissible floor load per one sq.m in the Exhibition Center area.

In case of excess of the permissible load, lack of stability of an exhibit or special type of fixture the Exhibitor is required to inform the Exhibition Management simultaneously with submission of the application for participation, and to receive permission from the Management for installation of the said exhibit.

It is prohibited:

-  To install building constructions in places of location of stationary electrical panels, fire-fighting equipment, telecommunications equipment and other engineering facilities.

-  To change during exhibition electrical wiring diagram without agreement with the Management, and to use additional undeclared electrical devices.

-  To make their own connections of any kind to sources of electricity, water and compressed air supply.

-  To open air and water valves, to turn on electric power on electric panels at one’s own will.

-  To move, open, dismantle portable and stationary electrical panels and make connections without permit.

-  To fix stand elements to metal constructions of the Exhibition Center and wall panels with fastener products and adhesive tape, and to fix stand elements to the floor (asphalt pavement surface) with anchor bolts.

-  To use woodworking and grinding tools without dust collectors.

-  To use metal cutting tools without permission for execution of hot work.

-  To use containers working under pressure which have not been technically examined.

-  To apply paint, vanish, glue or any other difficult-to-remove coatings to the building constructions, floor and asphalt pavement surface.

-  To make holes in the building constructions, floor, asphalt pavement surface.

Responsibility for meeting fire safety rules during mounting (dismantling) of equipment and holding of the exhibition and other events rests with authorized heads of organizations being organizers and participants of the above events.

All equipment and materials used for the exhibition mounting and display design must be certified.

The width of aisles in the exhibition hall must be no less then 3 m; the distance between an exhibition stand and the Exhibition Center equipment must not be under 1 m. Carpets and other floor covers must be securely fixed to the floor. Temporary storing of hot wastes and packaging in Exhibition Halls is not permitted.

Single-use empties are disposed off; reusable containers are stored in a warehouse.

When mounting closed volume exhibition stands it is necessary to furnish them with additional automatic

fire alarm sensors connected to the central console.

It is prohibited in the Exhibition Center premises:

-  To use combustible materials for stand design not treated with fire retardant solutions.

-  To use household electrical extension cords and nonstandard (homemade) electrical appliances.

-  To put searchlights and spotlights at a distance of less than 0.5 m from combustible constructions and sprinklers of fire suppression systems, to wrap electric bulbs in paper, tissue and other inflammable materials.

-  To use polystyrene and other flammable materials for lamps diffusers made from organic glass.

-  To encumber accesses to internal hydrants, fire extinguishers and fire warning devices.

-  To install and use containers with flammable gases.

-  To demonstrate exhibits using naked flame in operation.

-  To violate the integrity of sprinklers of fire suppression system.

-  To smoke in places not allocated for this purpose (smoking is allowed in specially equipped places).

-  To execute hot work (welding, soldering, metal cutting, etc) without permission of the Exhibition Management

All other matters not stipulated in the present Guide and arising during mounting period (exhibition and dismantling periods) are dealt with by the Exhibition Management on the site.

In case of failure to fulfill requirements of the present guidelines the Exhibition Management is entitled to require from the Exhibitor to dismantle his display.
