METHOD OF RESERVATIONS
Reservations will be made by individuals calling the Hotel Reservations Department directly at972-238-1900or the Holiday Inn Reservations number at800-972-2518. Individuals must identify themselves as being with Walton-Johnson Family Reunion at the time the reservation is made in order to receive the special group rate.
GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS
All reservations for arrival after 6:00pm must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations beyond June 5, 2010, (Cut-off-Date) unless secured by this method. Cancellation must be made prior to 6:00pm on the day of arrival, or one night room rate plus tax will be charged.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Guest check-in time is 3:00p.m. and check out is 12:00 p.m. All guests arriving before 3:00 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.
