80thLSEI Foundation Day Celebrations

Board of Trustees / Etoy Pili / Develop theme, logo and mascot for the homecoming / Green and white rabbit was suggested to be the mascot.
Board of Trustees to produce other ideas for discussion during the next meeting.
Program / Rico Gonzales / Develop plan of activities during the homecoming celebrations including but not limited to, entertainment, games, drawing of raffle/door prizes / Refer to Tables 2 and 3 for the draft program of activities.
Finance / Noel Ama / Manage and account for the finances for the activities
Secretariat / Liza Cardeno / 1. Take charge of the registration of attendees and other documentations, including photos & videos; Develop guidelines on the registration process
2. Registration starts at 4pm. Registration fee of P 100 will be collected.
3. Develop and print registration tickets;
- Registration tickets to include raffle stubs
4. Develop name tags, to include name of alumnus/alumnae and batch; Maiden name will be included for alumnae
5. Provide sufficient number of ushers and develop guidelines on how they will be utilized
6. Develop ads and means of announcement
- Develop/Print flyers
- Develop/Print/Install tarps (3 Binan, 1 San Pedro, 1 Sta. Rosa, 1 Muntinlupa);
- Radio/TV broadcasts (c/o Ruel Timbol)
8. Develop list of special guest(s);Develop formal invitation(s) to special guest(s) and provide token gift(s) to special guest(s)
9. Secure necessary permits from LGU/Barangay
Estimated number of attendees is 1000-1200 / Registration tents and counters to be set up along the main driveway leading to the school campus. Set of laptops and printers will be used to facilitate process, including voting for the new set of officers.
Master list of graduates can be used at the registration desk to facilitate process.
Exhibits / Ernani Guamen / Develop exhibits to remind attendees of their high school years / Draft concept was presented; High school photos to be digitally scanned, laid out & printed on tarps (8’x4’) to be mounted/placed in strategic locations in the venue; Each tarp will cover a decade (or 2 tarps max per decade)
Need to collect as much photos as possible
Fund Raising / Rico Gonzales / Provide funds to support the requirements of the activities. / Fund raising will be done thru solicitations for the souvenir program. Refer to “Souvenir Programs and other Merchandises”.
Solicitation letter and sponsorship contract were prepared already and ready for distribution. Potential sponsors had been selected.
Draft letter for overseas alumni completed and will be posted thru the alumni site.

(*) Chairman / 1. Make appropriate arrangements with various food concessioners to provide sufficient foods and drinks (snacks and dinner) for the attendees during the whole duration of the homecoming.
2. Food provisions shall be appropriated for special guests
3. Courtesy drinks and finger foods will be provided for once the attendees are in the covered court at the start of the program proper.
4. Provide sufficient water stations in the event venue
NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED DURING THE CELEBRATIONS.
Lights and Sounds / Batch ‘81 / Provide sound system, music and lighting; music to include 60s, 70s, 80s and ballroom
Logistics and Physical Arrangements / Batch ‘81 / 1. Provide tables, chairs, tents and other necessities, including, but not limited to, ground preparations, “holding room” for each batch, portalets, installation of exhibits, etc;
2. Provide candles for the Farewell Song (see Program)
3. Provide for seedlings for the tree planting event / With Anna Pili assisting for the Event Coordinator
Decorations / Batch ‘81 / Provide appropriate decorations for the venue and the immediate vicinity to create a festive atmosphere
Souvenir Programs and other Merchandises / Etoy Pili Nancy Garrucho-Bayani / 1. Make arrangements to have souvenir items available for sale: T-Shirts, baseball caps, coffee mugs, key rings, badge/buttons, CD/DVD compilation, etc;
2. Provide on-site Photo Booth
3. Preparations and printing of souvenir programs shall be coordinated by Rico Gonzales
Security and Traffic / Vice Mayor Arman Dimaguila
Joey Macquinay / 1. Provide security to the celebrations and manage the traffic along Bonifacio St. ; Plan for and allocate sufficient space for parking
2. Provide on-site ambulance and first aide station
Search for LSEI Outstanding Alumni / Search and award outstanding alumni; set criteria; develop citation/awards / Search for outstanding alumni was cancelled. Instead, a list of alumni who made good in their various fields of endeavor will be generated. The listing shall just be shown during the course of the event.
The fields can be as follows:
