Relief Carving
-Develop a detailed sketch at least 5” x 5” of floral/ botanical, zoom in on architecture, or collage of items of interest
-Prepare slab of material of choice: plaster or clay
-Transfer design to slab (trace/poke onto clay, graphite onto plaster)
-Carve around raised items.
-Develop rounded forms and multiple depths
