Venue
The 20th EJCC will be held at the Sokos Hotel Alexandra, Jyväskylä, 5th -7th September 2017. Jyväskylä is a pleasant and conveniently compact city designed for people. Residents from around Finland and the world add to the diversity and multicultural nature of Jyväskylä. The city offers a wide range of events. It is home to significant museums, both intimate and major concerts, professional and amateur theatre and a diverse range of education, courses and happenings. Events in Jyväskylä include the oldest city festival in the Nordic countries, an annual World Rally Championship event and trade fairs across a diverse range of sectors. The area offers an abundance of opportunities for hobbies and recreation.
Currency
The currency is Euro.
EJCC registration
Registration for the EJCC has to be done by filling in and sending the registration form attached to this calling notice. Please note that all registrations for the 20th EJCC must be received not later than July 31st 2017. By registering delegates agree to pay the conference package.
Conference package
The EJCC conference package will be charged at 50 EUR per delegate. You will be given by a conference fee receipt.
Hotel
It is highly recommended to accommodate in Original Sokos Hotel Alexandra due to the fact that EJCC is held in its conference hall “Kansleri”. All information about the hotel can be

Room booking and cancelation is the responsibility of delegates.

The allotment has been reserved for the period Monday – Friday.

Travel instructions
The recommended travel to the EJCC is to fly at Jyväskylä Airport. From theAirport, travelling either by taxi to Hotel is advised. Due to the fact that both theconference and accommodation is provided by Hotel, car rental is not recommended. Please note also that Hotel has a limited parking capacity.
Taxi from the airport to Sokos Hotel Alexandra (a typical price should be ~ 40-50 EUR).

The EJCC is an unclassified meeting and Request For Visit (RFV) is NOT required to attend the meeting.
Agenda
The EJCC is the nation’s meeting and the success of the EJCC is very much inthecontribution and participation of the delegates.
HOD is kindly requested to forward eventual wishes for subjects to be briefed during theconference. If you have an update to your national system, please consider a national briefing of approximately 15 minutes.
Please inform chair and co-chair if there are any proposals for additional agenda items before date 31of July.
Please would all delegates forward their presentations (including the title and time required tocarry out the presentation) and special requirements to carry out the presentation to co-chair.
