Education Program Policy & Procedures

Thank you for choosing to participate in an educational program at the Rosenberg Railroad Museum. To make your experience a success, please take note of the following:

·  Classes, camps and field trips are filled on a first-reserved, first-paid basis.

·  All field trip and class registration deposits and fees are non-refundable. We have committed staff and materials for the class/event based on the number of registrants.

·  In the event of inclement weather, classes and field trips will still take place unless you are notified by the museum. Please dress children accordingly – many of our exhibits are outside or require movement outside between buildings. We recommended closed-toe shoes.

·  Museum reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. If class is cancelled by the Museum, patrons will receive credit or refund.

FIELD TRIPS/GROUPS

·  All groups require reservation. (Maximum group size: 60)

·  A $25 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation to hold and confirm a field trip/group date.

·  The field trip admission balance is due upon arrival on day of scheduled visit.

·  Field trip groups receive one free adult chaperone for each ten paid students.
