Victorian Government Printer Safe Drinking Water Act 2003 NOTICE OF DECLARATION I, Bronwyn Pike, Minister for Health, under section 6 of the Safe Drinking Water Act 2003 (‘the Act’), declare the following water, which is not drinking water, to be regulated water for the purposes of the Act: The water that is supplied by Lower Murray Water via the Millewa water supply system to the towns of Werrimull, Meringur, Cullulleraine and surrounding rural properties in the Millewa district west of Mildura, as shown within the area enclosed by the boundary on the following diagram. This declaration will take effect from the date this notice is published in the Victoria Government Gazette.
