Countries entry instructions 1- MIDDLE EAST: No. Country Instructions & Restrictions 1 EGYPT Till 30/06/2020, All international flights to / from Egypt are suspended Health Regulations to enter Egypt: Passengers should wear face masks during the flight. A Health Declaration form should be available on all the international flights. A Health Declaration form should be filled by the Passengers before boarding the flight (at the departure airport) and to be delivered to The Quarantine Authorities upon arrival. Airline must provide the Health Declaration form at the departure airports and insure that the passengers have filled and signed it before boarding the flight (on the international flights) Passengers travelling to Egypt should be screened at the airport of departure. Passengers who are suffering from a temperature (Equal / above) 38C or those who are suffering from one of the respiratory symptoms (cough / sneezing / shortness of breath …etc.) are not allowed to board the aircraft. Aircraft disinfection form should be delivered to The Quarantine Authorities upon arrival for the international flights. The disinfection of the Aircraft and the disinfection of aircraft air conditions filters should be done according to WHO guidelines and the aircraft manufacturer, Aircraft will not be allowed to take off again till obtaining a sanitary quarantine approval from the Egyptian Quarantine Authorities. In case of any of the respiratory symptoms appear on a passenger during the flight, all necessary precautions must be taken if possible by (separate the suspected passenger in an area far from the rest of the passengers / assign one of the cabin crew members to serve the sick passenger / provide a bathroom for the sick passenger only). Passengers coming to Egypt will be followed up for 14 days by The Quarantine Authorities and Ministry of Health Offices. Global insurance are required from foreign passengers travelling to Egypt. 3 KSA Till further notice, All international flights to /from the kingdom of Saudi Arabia are suspended Facilitate the return of health practitioners abroad who wish to return to Saudi Arabia, provided that they have a valid visa for re-entry, or permission from the Kingdom’s representative offices abroad. 1 All passengers arriving to The kingdom of Saudi Arabia will fill in a declaration form (contains passengers contact details) in addition to the followings: 1- He / She doesn’t suffer from any COVID-19 Symptoms 2- He / She will stay at home for 14 Days after arrival. 3- He/ She will call 937 in case of any symptoms appear after arrival. Declaration form must be filled and signed by the passenger (Passengers will be prohibited to leave the aircraft without filling and submitting forms before flight arrival) 4 JORDAN Till further notice, All International Flights to/from Jordan are suspended 5 KUWAIT Till further notice, All International Flights to/from Kuwait are suspended 6 LEBANON Till 05/07/2020, All flights to / from Rafic Hariri International Airport (Beirut) are suspended Rafic Hariri International Airport will be re-opened partially starting from 1st July 2020. As a preliminary Stage, The total number of arriving passenger shall not exceed 2000 Passenger per day. Airlines are requested to submit the flight schedules that will operated during July 2020 in order to assess the volume of the arriving passengers before taking the convenient decision. All passengers arriving to Lebanon must complete the medical form issued be the Lebanese ministry of Public Health before arrival to Lebanon, this form will be available electronically via the link: https://arcg.is/0GaDnG Or at the check-in counter or inside the plan departing to Lebanon, hence all incoming passengers are required to show this complete form to the Ministry of Public Health team upon arrival at Rafic Hariri International Airport.(Airlines shall comply with that or will be fined) All passenger shall possess before arrival to Lebanon an insurance policy covering all costs of COVID-19 treatment inside Lebanon throughout the duration of their stay in Lebanon. All passengers except diplomats, members of international organizations and UNIFUL, shall possess before arrival to Lebanon an insurance policy issued by local or international insurance company, covering all costs of COVID-19 treatment throughout the duration of their stay in Lebanon. Such policy can also be done through an on-line application to be announced later. PCR: 1- Passengers arriving from PCR countries: Passengers arriving from countries that perform PCR test; 1-Europe: (all countries except Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, Armenia) 2- Africa: (Egypt /Tunisia/ Morocco/ Algeria / Nigeria / Ghana/ South Africa / Central Africa ) 3- Asia ( Saudi Arabia / UAE / Jordan / Bahrain / Iraq / Oman / Iran) shall undergo such a test at certified lab by the countries local authorities latest 96 2 hours before departure to Lebanon and to show the result of the test at check-in counter, Passengers not having negative PCR test result are not allowed to board the plane departing to Lebanon. All airlines shall collect 100USD or its equivalent in Lebanese pounds, according to the official exchange rate issued by Central bank of Lebanon on every passengers wishing to travel to Lebanon, except children under 5 years old, which is the cost of PCR test that every passenger shall undergo upon arrival to BRHIA through labs authorized by the Lebanese ministry of Public Health at the airport. The airlines will pay the collected amounts to the designated handling agents at BRHIA on bi-monthly basis i.e. every 15 days starting 1st of July 2020, then the handling agents will pay for the Labs which performed the tests based on bills stamped by the Ministry of Public Health. Passengers will be informed by the tests results within 24 hours from their arrival date, during that time they shall stay in their residence place. Exemptions: A- Passengers who travelled out of Lebanon and will return within one week are exempted from doing PCR test at their departure station. B- Connecting passengers are allowed to board a flight from PCR countries without conducting a PCR test before departure. 2- Passengers arriving from Non-PCR countries: All passengers except children under 5 years age arriving from Non- PCR countries shall be subjected to PCR test performed through Labs authorized by Lebanese ministry Public Health at the airport, airlines shall collect 100USD or its equivalent in Lebanese pounds, according to the official exchange rate issued by Central bank of Lebanon on every passengers except children under 5 years age which is to be paid through the airlines to the handling agents at BRHIA on bi- monthly basis i.e. every 15 days starting 1st of July 2020, and then they should be subjected to another PCR test 72 hours after their arrival to BRHIA, by a lab which will be designated by the MOPH medical team at the airport, that test will be on the passengers own cost. Passengers will be informed by the tests results within 24 hours from their arrival date, during that time they shall stay in their residence place. Passengers who already arrived to Lebanon and their PCR tests results were positive shall follow the directives of the Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon until they recovered. 7 UAE Starting from 25/06/2020, ALL FLIGHTS FM/TO UAE ARE ALLOWED PROVIDED THEY ARE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SAFETY DECISION-2020-20 REFER TO WEBSITE HTTPS://WWW.GCAA.GOV.AE UNDER (E PUBLICATION-SAFETY DECISIONS-2020) 1-Abu Dhabi: 3 UAE residents will be allowed to return back to UAE on the following conditions; Resident wishing to return must apply online for “Resident Entry Permit” on “http://Smartservice.ica.gov.ae”. Kindly be informed that the validity of the resident entry permit is 21 days only from obtaining ICA approval as per the immigration authority instructions. Residents must book their tickets with national carriers or any other airlines that operates flights to UAE after obtaining ICA approval. Returning residents will have to go through PCR SWAB test process upon arrival at AUH. o Returning residents must self-quarantine for 14 days at home or selective locations if necessary at own expense and must download Health Authority Approved mobile tracking Applications. Diplomatic passport holders is allowed to enter UAE PCR: NO PCR is required for passengers travelling to Abu Dhabi till further notice. 2- Dubai / Sharjah: (for more information, refer to Circular no. 123 (I) / 2020/date 25/06/2020) All arriving UAE Nationals and residents who are living in Dubai are required to download and register with the Dubai Health Authority “COVID19 – DXB Smart App” prior to leaving the airport. A banning of companion animals (Dogs and Cats) importation to UAE is applied from (Iran / Italy / China / South Korea). Hong Kong is no more banned and excluded of the list. A. Regarding Residents: - Residents are allowed to return back to Dubai as of June 22nd, 2020. - Residents shall register and get approval for GDRFA not ICA anymore (for Dubai ONLY) on the following link: https://smart.gdrfad.gov.ae/Smart_OTCServicesPortal/ReturnPermitServiceForm.aspx - This Approval to be obtained as of June 22nd or After, while any other Approval obtained from ICA before June 22nd is still valid and can be accepted but for 21 days from date of issuance. NO PCR is requested from Residents before departure from Cairo, only PCR Test is to be conducted upon Arrival at Dubai Airport. - Residents is to sign 2 forms at Check-in Counter and it’s the Responsibility of Airlines to be sure its filed and signed, as it will be collected from Passenger upon arrival: o Health Declaration (Please find it in last page #10 in Arabic Version) o Declaration of bearing costs of PCR test and Quarantine only if PCR test proved at arrival to be 4 Positive.
