
SUPPLEMENT TO THE Public Accounts Province of Nova Scotia for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2000 The Public Accounts of the Province of Nova Scotia reflect expenditures, net of the Harmonized Sales Tax, on an accrual basis. In this publication payments are reflected on a cash basis. Accounts Payable and other adjustments are indicated to reconcile cash payments with the accrued charges to Appropriations. Transfer to (or from) other Accounts indicates that a portion of the payments have been charged to other departments.
