FOR LYME Sample Juice Fasting Schedules Even while you are not chewing food, you do not want to deprive yourself of the energetic support of the fresh juices, broths, and other liquid-food options. Remember, you are taking care of all your caloric needs for the day, including all the fat, protein, and carbohydrates that you need. Therefore, you will drink up to 1 gallon or more of fresh nutrient-dense juice, broth and other nutritious beverages each day. Spring / Summer: • 6:00 am Lemon water – 32 oz. • 8:00 am Mixed Vegetable Juice – 32 oz. • 11:00 am Pineapple + Greens Juice with Coconut Water – 32 oz. • 2:00 pm Mixed Vegetable Juice – 32 oz. • 5:00 pm Vegetable Mineral Broth – 24 oz. • 7:00 pm Finally, if you get hungry in the evening, make yourself another 16 oz. of juice, Master Cleanser drink, herbal tea, or whatever beverage pleases you from the juice fasting beverages listed below. Some of these can be dehydrating, but may be incorporated for comfort if you are missing your morning coffee or needing to warm up.
