Lipa, Cabuyao Sign New CBAs estlé Philippines recently signed two new Collective Bargaining Agreements for its Cabuyao and N Lipa Factories, a manifestation of the Company’s and its peoples’ relentless efforts at achieving and maintaining industrial and harmony within the organization. “These successful negotiations and concluded CBAs are truly a milestone, setting a new benchmark in the labor relations landscape of Nestlé Philippines,” said Chairman and CEO John Miller. Back in 2010, negotiations lasted for 120 hours spanning over 14 meetings. This year, the initial meeting was held in May and concluded after only 12 hours of negotiations.
