If accents exist, it will be changed by the Production editor. Avoid writing Sr. or Jr. Unicode surname – Write your surname with accent and/or tilde. Including all the letters in Latin-1 Supplement. Unicode given name – Write your given name with accent and/or tilde. Including all the letters in Latin-1 Supplement. Orcid – Write your 16 Orcid number separated by - in this format XXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. Avoid writing as address web format. Email address – Write a valid email. Remove the period or white space at the end if exist. Gender – Select M for male or F for female. Biography – Write your biography. Avoid including the & character and remove all the Carriage Return CR and Line Feed LF and non-printable characters. Organization – Write your organization, which could include institution, city, state, zip code, country. Avoid including the & character and remove all the Carriage Return CR and Line Feed LF and non-printable characters. Controls Use Add Author to add to the form including all the fields for an author. Use Delete Author to remove from the form including all the fields for an author. Check this circle, if your given name and/or surname contain accents and/or tilde. Use this button to add a keyword.
