The Todd Post is very fortunate that we have our own clubhouse/meeting hall. There are several other Posts that have their own building and it seems they usually do very well with membership because of it. I have created a new file for all of the address and each month I upload them to the postal service's website. They check the addresses for validity and return a file, with Aux Chaplain Shirley Scott bar codes, that I print onto mailing labels for each envelope. You will need to let me 414 -541 -1832 know if you have a new address by the 3rd Friday of the month, so that I can pro- cess the address in advance. This is the same day that any newsletter articles are due. The post office will not forward this mail to any forwarding address. In the past, they would charge us for the forwarding and returned mail. They also would charge us a yearly fee and now, all of these fees are waved with the new process. 414 -617 -5755 Send any new addresses to me at the below contact information. Aux Parliamentarian Dee Also, if you need any sort of flyer inserted into the newsletter, please get that to me Treibel by at least the second Friday of the month.
