Hailing from the port of Philadelphia, the Judies have been working the sea song game since the '70s. This is their first NYC appearance in a few years and we look forward to welcoming them. July 18 - David Jones: From London's Isle of Dogs, he was born literally in the Thames Docklands. David is a renowned performer of maritime and music hall songs, and a former member of The Starboard List and the original New York Packet. July 25 - Calico Jack. From Maryland, this duo sings original songs that reflect the lives of those who live around Chesapeake Bay, accompanied by guitar and concertina. He has a terrific repertoire of traditional songs from the Eastern US and Canada, he is a master of the English concertina, and he is a consummate master of narrative in the delivery of a song.
