Experimental Aircraft Association Chapter 168 Dallas, Texas April 1993 Volume 24 Issue 4 Sam Cooper Chapter 168 members enjoying the warm and sunny weather at the March Fly-in held at Rockwall Municipal Airport. After we endured Fly-ins during January and February with less than favorable weather conditions, the March 6th Fly-in was a very pleasant surprise. The excellent weather brought out 17 airplanes, 6 of which were homebuilts. This was complemented by a sizable crowd of Chapter members out enjoying the spring like weather. This is what flying in the Spring in Texas is all about. Start thinking about April.
