(THE SPEAKER in the Chair) (i) Madam Speaker, there are 385 open spaces that P R A Y E R S have been identified around the city which are to be developed for various recreational uses, * * * * including ancillary uses as may be deemed appropriate in accordance with the Town and SPEAKER’S ANNOUNCEMENT Country Planning Act.
