Cabamix has11 employees, a passionate team, united around strong values related to the circular economy. In early 2020, Cabamix launched a new, highly innovative, and patented range of additives intended for converters of biodegradable, compostable and recyclable plastics. This new range, Carbomax®Bio, certified biodegradable, is used as an additive mixed with different bases of biodegradable plastics. The first phase will be a market study which will help to understand the German market: who are the processors? what legislation do they follow? How is the composting and organic waste collection sector structured? … The second phase will be commercial: prospecting, customer visits, presentation of Carbomax®Bio, monitoring of tests and customer follow-up. The salesperson will work in a permanent relationship with the manager and the export sales manager to: - The construction of the market study - The definition and implementation of a business strategy based on the results of the study - Commercial prospecting and customer appointments - Public relations: participation to trade fairs and promotional events Position to be filled on 01/09/21 with one month training at the company's headquarters in Cabannes (13440) at the start of the mission before leaving for Germany 01/10/21. MONTHLY REMUNERATION: 2100 euros (non-contractual indemnity fixed by decree and order, the amount of which may vary depending on the evolution of the reference scale, the location of the mission and the cases of reductions provided for by the texts) THE CANDIDATE WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Flexible, autonomous, great writing and interpersonal skills. - Master in Business Administration, Management, International Trade or similar. Knowledge in marketing is appreciated.
