Western Idaho Fair The Modified Danish System allows all exhibits to receive 4-H/FFA Agriculture Scholarship a blue, red, or white ribbon placing. Youth ages 8-18 are eligible to AWARDS PROGRAMS participate in competitive activities/events. (See Family and Consumer Science showmanship for age category for showmanship classes).
