RICH This brochure has been compiled as a guide to teachers, vocational counsellors and aspiring vocalists to assist the young American singer in his profession. Applicant must show superior musical talent and potential for a concert and operatic career. If proof of financial need is required, it is so noted. Most universities and col- leges offer some music scholarships on the basis of scholastic achievement, talent and financial need. They should be applied to directly, even though they are not listed herein.
