Diagnostic Notes **Adult** Wingspan about 2 cm. Forewings with a blotchy black and white pattern, hindwings a silky fawn colour. Uncus of moderate length, distally slightly down-curved; gnathos long, slender, beak- like, arms scobinate above, distal section of gnathos scobinate at base; valva broad at base, tapering distally, costa setose, distally produced to a long, apically acute process, having a tapering, outwardly directed ventral projection, sacculus with an inwardly directed distal process, a raised, setose pulvinus near base of costa; juxta bilobed, fusiform appendages well-defined, from base to near valval pulvinus; aedeagus strongly recurved at base, ventral margin of orifice drawn out to a fine apex, cornutus a long, sinuous spine. **References** - Common, I.F.B.
