Admiral Sir Nowell Salmon, K.C.B., $,<£,, Commander-in-Chief, Portsmouth. Admiral Sir Algernon McLennan Lyons, K.C.B., A.D.C. Admiral Sir Michael Culme-Seymour, Bart., K.C.B.
