Program Results Framework EU-UNDP Project RECOVERY: Results Framework Overall Goal Strengthened capacity of national and local governments as well as partner communities in facilitating the timely and sustainable recovery of affected families in the Visayas devastated by Typhoon Haiyan. Project Purpose Complement and enhance the efforts of the government and communities in transitioning from relief to recovery and development through modelling, promotion and institutionalization of resilient infrastructure, sustainable livelihood contributing to local economic development, resettlement package and DRR processes.
