It contains all entries from continuing and completed Chicken Meat research projects funded by RIRDC in 2005-2006. The objective of the Chicken Meat Program is to support increased sustainability and profitability in the chicken meat industry by focussing on research and development on those areas which will enable the industry to become more efficient and globally competitive and which will assist in the development of good industry and product images. Research reported upon herein was funded from industry revenue which is matched by funds provided by the Federal Government.
