Tbe provincial road which starts from Imelda in 2 Zamboanga Sibugay and traverses Bayog and Diplo Kumalarang to Lapuyan 3 and Margosatubig in Zilmboanga del Sur is hereby converted into a national 4 road. S SEC. 2. The Secretary of the Department of Public Works and ,. 6 Highways shall issue the n~cessary rules. orders and circulars t~ implement the 7 provision of Ihis Act. 8 SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication 9 in a newspaper 0f general circulation. Approved. o .
