Dupree Community View Writer H In the last few months, independent public opinion surveys have shown that the 2000 race to the White House would be a "photo finish." The twomajorpolitical party candidates played tag team leading in surveys of likely voters, sometimes separated by only a small percent age. But, can a marathon go intoovertime?
