Questionnaires have been sent to lobbyists, lawmakers, department directors and others. Results will be tabulated by EPIC _ MRA. The survey is designed to seek the opinions of a limited number of key participants involved in state government and the legislative process about the effectiveness of current state government and legislative leaders, other legislators, reporters, news organizations, lobbying and public relations organizations. Please take a few moments to complete the survey which is designed to guarantee that only one survey that was received per office is returned. Results are tabulated in the aggregate only. First of all, please indicate whether you would offer a positive rating of excellent or pretty good, or a negative rating of only fair or poor, for the job that each of the following state leaders is doing in their current position.
