Miscellaneous c) Appointment scrutinizers Jan Briers introduces the two proposed scrutinizers: Danas Skramtai from the Vilnius Festival and Nada Massoud from the Al Bustan Festival. The scrutinizers are approved. d) Draft minutes General Assembly Ljubljana 2018 Jan Briers runs through the minutes of the General Assembly Ljubljana. The draft minutes are approved. e) Activity report 2018 Kathrin Deventer refers to the discussion before the start of the General Assembly for most activities that are presented in the activity calendar in the General Assembly Reader. The activity report is approved. f) Financial results 2018 Ruta Pruseviciene explains the financial result in general. As treasurer, she followed the work of the Secretariat. She invites EFA members to continue their commitment to EFA. Kathrin Deventer: There is a slight loss of € 7843,99 on an overall turnover around €1.000.000. A provision is taken for the membership fees that have not been paid. The office continues to work collecting open membership fees from the past years. We are reducing the fees that have not been paid in the past. Referring to the Treasurers’ appeal that each member should take its responsibility, she underlines that without the membership fees, EFA is not able to exist and not able to co-finance the different brands that EFA is running on
